Is your Internet Explorer very slow? It can be extremely frustrating. Especially if:

The Windows registry is the master database that stores critical information about every piece of hardware and software that is associated with your PC. The operating system and the programs you are running on it have a constant need to read from and write to this database. Therefore, it is imperative that the Windows registry be speedy and responsive. However, over time, this database can become unoptimized, slowing down any searches against it for data. Errors can also creep into the database due to the volume of adds, modifications, and deletes that occur in the database every time you use your PC.
