We all have seen the advertisements like: "Give me 10 minutes of your time and I will have you making money like the pros." You then click on the link to get to the website which is professionally laid out with page after page of graphics and text showing you how this person has made thousands, if not millions of dollars from the internet. You scroll down on this beautifully built website to see the Porsche 911 parked in front of the million dollar mansion that the seller may or may not own.

As you continue to scroll down on the site you see copies of his / her bank account statements showing a $ 10,000.00 deposit one day and maybe $ 8,000.00 the next day and so on. Without I was going to try to sell you something … nobody is going to see a copy of my bank statements. Why would the person publish copies of their account statements unless they were trying to get you to buy their idea. Those may very well be their cars and houses and bank account statements; but, guess where all of them (including the deposits) came from. You guessed it … from the money that people like me and you sent to them for them to maybe tell you what I will tell you for free.

There is money to be made on the internet and there are more than a few ways to make it. You can throw a few pages of text together with some nonsensical diatribe explaining how you can team up with them and their 'uplines / downlines' and ride on the money making express. Or, they can tell you to look for and join several 'affiliate programs' that will get you some residual income (income for today, tomorrow, and beyond). Making money with the affiliate programs will not make you rich overnight. Nor, will it make you rich in a month; but, it is free and since you are reading this article you will be saving any money the so-called 'gurus' want to charge you.

All I want to say here is that money making opportunities do exist on the internet and are free to both learn how to do it and where to go to get the chance to do it. Instead of paying someone to give you this information, enroll in an online marketing university (to learn how to do it) and later down the road, you can advertise your programs for free or even spend $ 10.00 of the $ 97.00 that you saved, to submit some targeted ads. When you shop for a new car, you do not buy the first one that you see on the lot. Look around and LEARN before you jump into anything worthwhile!
