No 1 Ohio State Buckeyes at No 14 Wisconsin Badgers in Big Ten Clash on ESPN

Can the Badgers take a bite out of the Buckeyes undefeated season, and drop OSU down a few notches in the College Basketball rankings? The way both have been playing lately, it’s not unreasonable to look for a possible huge upset when the No. 1 Ohio State Buckeyes visit the No. 14 Wisconsin Badgers in a Big Ten conference battle at the Kohl Center on Saturday (2 pm ET, ESPN). Ohio State (24-0, 11-10 ATS, 11-0 Big Ten) leads the conference standings by three games over the Badgers and the No. 12 Purdue Boilermakers, but has had a few close calls recently, including a 58-57 nailbiter against the unranked Northwestern Wildcats two weeks ago, a game the Wildcats had every chance of winning until the Buckeyes stole the ball with 17 seconds remaining and scored the winning basket.Wisconsin (18-5, 12-7 ATS, 8-3 Big Ten) has won three straight, including a 66-59 win over Purdue last week.

OSU beat the Minnesota Golden Gophers 82-69 in its last game Sunday, cashing as a 4.5-point road favorite. David Lighty scored 19 points and freshman standout Jared Sullinger had 18 points and pulled down 13 rebounds for the Buckeyes.UW got a scare Wednesday but prevailed 62-59 over the Iowa Hawkeyes, but couldn’t cover as 7-point road chalk.This is the first meeting of the season. The Buckeyes won 60-51 in their last meeting on Jan. 16 last year, cashing as a 5.5-point home favorite.
